COSMOS 6.1.0 has been released with a focus on fixing bugs and addressing customer priorities.

The primary feature is a new News Feed which will show up in the User menu in the right. This will help users stay up to date with releases and major news in the OpenC3 world, and is fully opt in/out based on user choice. Another major change is the switch from ActionCable to AnyCable which should bring performance enhancements to all our websocket APIs including the Streaming API. We added a new ARRAYPLOT widget to help visualize blocks of data that come from devices like oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers. We enhanced the Python script instrumentation to support try/except, import __future__, and globals() / locals() in the various expression APIs. Finally we added new Table APIs and documented our Script APIs.

In COSMOS Enterprise we improved our Helm charts to make Kubernetes deployment, administration, and maintenance easier.
