COSMOS 6.3.0 Release

Infrastructure improvements, scope banners, ubi containers

COSMOS 6.3.0 has been released with some core infrastructure improvements including upgrading Alpine (our base container) to 3.21, Ruby to 3.3 and Python to 3.12. As a part of the Ruby upgrade we implemented support for the Prism library to parse scripts and instrument the code for line by line execution.

We've started to build UBI images primarily for customers that are working in the RedHat OpenShift Kubernetes environment. This is an initial implementation and we have additional work to do to build the NFS container as well as add security scans.

You can now graph the LATEST packet in both Telemetry Grapher and Grafana. LATEST allows for graphing items with the same name across multiple packets.

In COSMOS Enterprise we implemented Scope Banners (similar to classification banners) to help make it easy to distingish which scope you're in.

We greatly improved File->Open performance by building our own widget and removing the Vuetify widget. Limits Monitor has improved sorting searching and presentation. Script Runner has a new Vim mode. Finally we added offline access token generation so you can easily run scripts in a headless CI/CD environment.
