COSMOS 7 is already a hit among Core and Enterprise users. Now OpenC3 is expanding upon that success with it's latest release, COSMOS 7.1!
Thanks to improvements to the time series database (TSDB), QuestDB, layout and metrics, added sharding support, and enhanced System Health visualization, COSMOS 7.1 removes the barriers to rapid scaling and dataflow while giving users a crystal clear picture of exactly what is happening with every mission-critical system.
COSMOS 7.1 now features a new "Metrics" tab alongside the "Queries" in the TSDB tab of the Admin Console, providing instant visibility into the partition size, row count, and disk size of all the packets in a system. The "Metrics" tab also provides an easy method for deleting tables and performing data gap analyses.
Another new addition to COSMOS 7.1 is the raw data import, which, when paired with the data gap analysis, can detect a holes in decommutated data, allowing users to re-import data from the raw bin files.

COSMOS 7.1 now makes it even easier for Enterprise users to rapidly scale using Kubernetes. New sharding support increases scalability to hundreds of targets using Kubernetes and sharded ValKey and QuestDB instances.
Faster, clearer data enables operators to rapidly make better, more impactful decisions, accelerating timelines and improving the odds of mission success. COSMOS 7.1 adds fast, easy-to-read graphing and visualization for critical System Health items for easy decision making.
